About Your Provider
Melissa Holtz, CNP, is a certified nurse practitioner licensed by the Ohio Board of Nursing. She received her Master’s Degree in Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner Studies from the University of Cincinnati in 2015 and has been practicing in dermatology since then. She is a member of the National Academy of Dermatology Nurse Practitioners. Melissa joined Dermatology Partners in 2025. She is based at the Sandusky and Port Clinton offices and specializes in medical dermatology.
Her average day consists of performing skin cancer screenings and biopsies and treating conditions such as acne, eczema, psoriasis, and lesions of concern. She treats patients 13 years and older.
