Meet our Principal Investigator – Dr. Hastings
Dr. Hastings, a highly skilled and accomplished dermatologist, serves as the Principal Investigator at our clinical research site. Originally from Parma, OH, he earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology from Baldwin Wallace University and completed his medical education at the University of Toledo College of Medicine. Dr. Hastings then pursued an internship at Mercy Health—St. Vincent Medical Center in Toledo, OH, followed by a dermatology residency at The Ohio State University, where he further specialized in dermatologic care.
During his training, Dr. Hastings gained invaluable experience at The Multimodality Cutaneous Lymphoma Clinic at The OSU James Cancer Center, where he was actively involved in clinical trials and research studies focusing on psoriasis, hidradenitis suppurativa, lupus, and cutaneous lymphoma. His contributions to the field have led to multiple publications in peer-reviewed journals.
Dr. Hastings is a respected member of the American Academy of Dermatology and the Ohio Dermatological Association. His clinical expertise spans general adult and pediatric dermatology, cosmetic dermatology, and dermatologic surgery, making him a versatile and well-rounded leader in the field.
